BURN STUDIO FAQs
What do I need to bring?

Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to every class. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended, and for heated classes, we suggest bringing an extra towel to place over your mat for added comfort and grip.
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before class so you have time to check in with the front desk, get settled, and prepare for your workout. Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class, and if it’s your first visit, we suggest arriving a little earlier so our team can show you around and get you set up.

What time should I arrive?
Our infrared heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or returning postpartum, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before attending class and choosing from our non-heated options where appropriate.

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with options and modifications offered throughout class. Whether you’re brand new or a regular mover, our instructors will help you feel comfortable and challenged.
