Why Barre & Bike?

At Barre & Bike we’re all about having fun and feeling great. We believe exercise doesn’t have to be about smashing your body at the gym or Crossfit; instead it’s about moving mindfully, listening to your body, setting goals and working towards them in a supportive, inclusive group environment.

Whether it’s weight loss, toning, flexibility or improving your overall fitness, health and wellness, you’ve come to the right place!

Combining cardio with subtle strength training is the key to a well-rounded workout. Adding sick beats, creative choreography and an amazing atmosphere is what keeps you coming back for more.

Our studio is your sanctuary. Whether it’s at the barre, on the bike or both, we’ll see you soon for some good times and a great workout.

Challenge the mind

We’re not going to lie, our workouts are challenging. Cardio is hardio and barre brings the burn like no other, but it’s about moving mindfully and paying attention to how the body feels; the muscles, the heartrate, the breath. Then pushing the mind, willing it to keep going in order to change the body.


Change the body

The barre or the bike, whichever it is, with regular classes you will notice a change in your body. You’ll feel more energised, stronger and fitter. You’ll lose weight, tone up, improve your posture, and you may even be able to touch your toes! Whatever change you’re looking for, we can help design a weekly routine to help you find it.


Do it together

No one likes to workout alone. BORING! Plus, somehow the burn feels a little less intense when you’ve got someone next to you. We’re all about strength in numbers, but don’t worry, our instructors will make sure you’re well looked after. You’re not just another face in the crowd, you’re part of our B&B family.
